Phoholic is now officially open in the new Rodeo 39 Public Market. There is a grand opening that is scheduled for October 17th and 18th. As masters of their craft – Phoholic specializes in creating unforgettable pho that fuses the very best of traditional Vietnamese pho with a fresh approach.
