Maintain the cleanliness of the bar at all times
Restock the bar with beer, liquor, glassware, juices etc.
Ensure the wells are always stocked with ice and prepare / re-stock fruit and other garnish
Assist the bartender with other tasks as assigned
Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
