La Esquinita (the little corner) Mexican Grill, is the first restaurant by experienced chef and Long Beach native, Erik Vasquez.
Located at 755 W. Willow St. in a small corner spot that once housed Villas Comida Mexicana, La Esquinita was supposed to open this month but it’s been delayed due to the coronavirus.
The establishment is now set to open this September and plans to beautify the Long Beach corner it sits on.
