While the Margarita may be the most popular tequila drink in the U.S., the refreshing Paloma is Mexico’s most consumed tequila cocktail. Make this year’s Cinco de Mayo celebration 100% authentico with this smotth crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

2 oz Camarena Silver Tequila
1 tsp Agave Nectar
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Grapefruit Soda (i.e. Squirt or Izee)

Directions:

  1. Combine tequilla, agavev nectar and lime juice in a highball glass.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Fill glass brim with ice.
  4. Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
