Ahi Tuna Tartar
Ahi Tuna Tartar taste great. From dinner recipes, budget menus and healthy diet selections, you’ll easily find any recipe you need.
Ingredients:
1 lb sushi grade ahi tuna, center cut and diced in 1-2 inch cubes
1 t olive oil
1 T chives – chopped
2 T capers
Squeeze of a 1/4 lemon
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and serve in a martini glass
- Serve over diced avocados tossed in Louis dressing (mayonnaise, minced green onions) mixed with cocktail sauce and brandy (optional). Garnish as shown with lime.
