Mrs. Claus is sharing the love this holiday season with her Apple of My Eye created by Bar Manager Emraan Jawaid at Drago Centro

Ingredients:

1 oz        Brown Butter Infused Vodka

1/2 oz    Cognac

1/2 oz    Amargo Vallet

3/4 oz    Lemon Juice

3/4 oz    Apple Syrup

3 dashes Cassia Cinnamon Tincture

                Lime

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake long and hard.
3. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or Martini glass.
5. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel or fresh lime.
