Sophisticated and bold, this daquiri’s infused with lemon grass and jalapeno…
Ingredients:
2 oz lemongrass & jalapeno infused Leblon cachaça
1.75 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
volcanic ash salt rim: a house blend of black volcanic salt, coconut and hibiscus crystals
3 fennel blossoms for garnish
Directions:
- For the lemongrass & jalapeno infused Leblon cachaça: blend one bottle of Leblon cachaça and 4 oz of micro lemongrass and one sliced jalapeno for 30 minutes.
- Double strain.
- Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain and pour into a rimmed coupe.
- Add fennel blossoms.
