The Baltaire shares a cocktail recipe in celebration of its 2 Year Anniversary: a specialty cocktail made with gin, apricot liqueur, Pechaud bitters and lime juice.
The Baltaire Club
A specialty cocktail made with gin, apricot liqueur, Pechaud bitters and lime juice.
Ingredients:
· 2oz Martin Miller’s Gin
· 1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
· 1/2 oz St. Germain
· 3/4 oz lemon juice
· 3-4 drops of Peychaud’s Bitters
Directions:
- Shake ingredients and strain into martini glass.
- Squeeze a lemon twist over the top to open up the oils, and use to garnish.
