The sky’s the limit with Beetology. Try these refreshing Beet Zinger cocktails at your next party, holiday meal, or get-together.

Ingredients:

3 oz. Beetology Beet + Lemon + Ginger
1.5 oz. Gin or for mocktails use seltzer water or sparkling cider of your choice
Candied ginger and lemon peel garnish

Directions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Beetology and gin.
2. Shake until chilled, strain and garnish with a lemon peel and candied ginger.
