A delicious blend of fruit and spice for an elegant and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients:

45 ml (1.5 oz) Belvedere
15 ml (1/2 oz) lime juice
10 ml (1/4 oz) simple syrup
4 fresh raspberries
Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in the base of a mixing tin, add ice, and shake vigorously.
2. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass and top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a raspberry.
