Breakfast Puff Pastries
Like your brunch with a side of spice? These fried egg puff pastries are crunchy, savory and packed with black truffle flavor. Now who’s got the mimosas?!
Ingredients:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, cut into 4 squares
4 eggs
Chives
3 slices cooked bacon
Queso fresco or feta cheese
Truff Hot Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F. In a medium skillet, crack eggs over a dash of oil over low heat. Cook just until white is cooked. Remove from pan and add to each puff pastry square. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until puffed. Remove from heat and add chopped chives, bacon and drizzle with hot sauce. Enjoy!
