Del Friso Grille presents an Oscar Themed Cocktail! Inspired by the movie The Imitation Game (2014), The Decoded Mocktail is offered for $2.95

Ingredients:

1 fl oz Tarragon Infused Simple Syrup*
2 Lemon Wedges
Soda Water
4 cups Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Tarragon

Directions:

1. Place simple syrup and tarragon into a sauce pan over high heat.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Boil for 1 minute and turn off heat.
4. Let tarragon steep in hot syrup for 5 minutes.
5. Strain through a chinois, and transfer to a container.
6. Pour simple syrup into a soda set, squeeze and drop lemon wedges into bottom of the glass.
7. Fill glass with ice and top with soda water.
8. Roll contents from glass to mixing tin and back into the glass to mix.
