Slow oven-cooked duck legs with crispy skin.

Ingredients:

1 Duck leg confit 7 oz packagefrozen

Directions:

  1. Defreeze for 8-10 hours in your fridge.
  2.  
  3. Pre-heat oven at 380 F degrees.
  4.  
  5. Remove duck from packaging and remove duck fat.
  6.  
  7. Place in a pan in the oven for 20 min, till heated through and crispy skin.
  8.  
  9. Serve right away.
