For Goodness “Sake”
For Goodness “Sake” try James Fastiggi’s cocktail made with dry SOTO sake, Mugi Soju, lavender honey, lemon and yuzu liqueur at HATCH Yakitori + Bar.
Ingredients:
2 oz SOTO Sake
1 1/2 oz Mugi Soju
3/4 oz Lavender Honey
1/2 oz Lemon
1/2 oz Yuzu Liqueur
Directions:
- Shake with ice, then strain in a chilled Coupe or Martini glass and garnish with a Lemon wheel.
