French Bread Pizza
French loaf of bread toasted until golden brown with preferred toppings.
Ingredients:
1 Loaf French bread – cut in half, lengthwise
1/2 C Pizza or pasta sauce
1-2 C Mozzarella and fontina cheese – mixed, grated
1 Box Crimini, brown or white mushrooms -sliced
1 Small Black olive can – sliced, drained
Directions:
- Lightly toast the bread on broil before adding the toppings. (optional)
- Spoon the pasta sauce over the lightly toasted bread, top with cheese, mushrooms & olives, bake until the cheese melts, about 8-10 minutes.
