Jambalaya Pasta
This Jambalaya Pasta is a tasty and delicious meal and I love that it is really easy to make.
Ingredients:
sauce (Louisiana Creole Imagine® Culinary Simmer)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
1 pound kielbasa (chopped into round pieces)
2 cups bow-tie pasta (cooked)
1/2 teaspoon parsley
Directions:
- 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- 2. Sear the chicken and kielbasa for 3 minutes (about 1 1/2 minutes on each side) until it is lightly browned.
- 3. Reduce to medium heat. Pour in the simmer sauce and stir gently. Add in the parsley. Allow to simmer until the chicken and kielbasa are fully cooked.
- 4. Add in the cooked pasta and stir until combine. Continue to simmer for a couple of minutes or until heated through.
