Lemon Ricotta Fritters
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups flour
4 eggs
4 tablespoons baking powder
3 tablespoons vanilla paste
3 lemons zested
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients until incorporated. Do not over mix.
- Scoop small portions (golf ball size).
- Fry in canola oil until golden brown and toss in granulated sugar until evenly coated.
