This recipe created by The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel resort’s resident mixologist, Erin Snider. They were made to complement Chef Wan’s hand-crafted ceviche, which drew inspiration from the rich and flavorful regions of Mexico, Peru and Asia.
Pisco Mule Cocktail
The Pisco Mule Cocktail is light and refreshing with a hint of spice
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Pisco
Ice
Two Fresh Lime Wedges, squeezed
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Ginger Beer
Directions:
- 1.5 oz. Pisco
- Fill glass with ice
- Squeeze in two fresh lime wedges
- Add .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- Top with Ginger Beer
