The Pisco Mule Cocktail is light and refreshing with a hint of spice

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Pisco
Ice
Two Fresh Lime Wedges, squeezed
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Ginger Beer

Directions:

  1. 1.5 oz. Pisco
  2. Fill glass with ice
  3. Squeeze in two fresh lime wedges
  4. Add .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  5. Top with Ginger Beer
