Roasted Red Pepper Dip

1SliceItalian bread torn into pieces

1 CRed peppers roasted

2 TExtra virgin olive oil

2 TPomegranate molasses

1 TTomato paste

1 tKosher salt

1 tGround cumin

1/2t Smokey paprika

1/2 tSugar optional

Pita bread sliced into wedges

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree into a smooth paste, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Refrigerate if not serving immediately. Let come to room temperature before serving.

Serve with pita wedges.
