Enjoy this refreshing rum cocktail. With pineapple and lime juice alongside smooth Santa Teresa 1796 rum, the Sail Me Back Home is a beach day in a glass that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
1 ½ oz ginger beer
2 chunks of pineapple
Pinch of granulated cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Muddle pineapple in a shaker, add the rest of ingredients, shale with ice, double strain over ice in a glass, top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig and half pineapple sliced.
