The sky’s the limit with Beetology. Try these refreshing Beet-A-Colada cocktails at your next party, holiday meal, or get-together.

Ingredients:

4 oz. Beetology Beet + Tropical Fruit
2 oz. coconut cream
2 oz. dark rum
2 oz. coconut rum
1½ cups ice
Pineapple slice for garnish

For mocktails, use seltzer or sparkling cider.

Directions:

  1. Put the ice, Beetology, coconut cream and rums into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Pour the drink into 2 glasses and garnish with pineapple slices. Makes 2 drinks.
