Truff Mezcal Negroni
A smoky, spicy take on a negroni.
Ingredients:
2 oz Mezcal
2 oz Campari
2 oz Sweet vermouth
1/8 – 1/4 t Truff Hot Sauce
1 Orange slice
1 Rosemary spring – fresh
Directions:
- Combine mezcal, Campari, sweet vermouth, and Truff Hot Sauce in a shaker
- Pour in a fresh glass with a large ice cube
- Lightly char the orange slice with a brûlée torch
- Garnish with the orange slice and rosemary
