Truffle Cheese Sauce

A creamy delicious cheese sauce with a hint of truffle

Ingredients:

1 C American cheese (grated)
1 C fontina cheese (grated)
1 C heavy cream (grated)
2 oz truffle oil

Directions:

  1. -Place heavy cream in a pot
  2. -Once mixture simmers, start adding all the different cheeses and whisk until they are all incorporated
