Ingredients:

War of the Roses:
.5 oz lime
1 oz rose petal syrup
.5 oz POM juice
1.5 oz pomegranate infused vodka

Pomegranate Vodka:
120 g Pomegranate Seeds per 1L of Vodka

Rose Syrup:
30 g rose petals
500 g sugar
20 oz water

Directions:

  1. War of the Roses:
  2. Shake and strain over new ice.
  3. Top w/ Prosecco.
  4. Garnish w/ lime wheel and floating dried rose buds.
  5. Rose Syrup:
  6. Combine ingredients in a pot and place on stove. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes
