Orange Basil Cooler
Fresh orange slice
Fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose l’Orange
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. agave syrup
1/4 oz. Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
1 oz. soda water
Muddle together an orange slice, quartered, with 4-6 torn basil leaves. Add the remaining ingredients, save the club soda, and vigorously shake for a good 5 seconds. Pour the entire shaker contents into Collins glass, top with fresh ice and the club soda. Garnish with a spanked basil leaf and a wide orange zest.
