Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar is promoting October’s breast cancer awareness with a specialty cocktail called The Stiletto (with a recipe to follow!). All proceeds of this 99-calorie, $6 cocktail will go towards benefiting The Avon Cancer Crusade. This rose-hued drink will be part of Fleming’s “5 for $6 til 7” (5 appetizers, 5 cocktails, and 5 wines served until 7:00pm).
Cline Cashmere, a Napa Valley red wine, will also be a part of the 5 for $6 til 7. Smooth hints of cherry, raspberry, and chocolate blend in this Cline Cellar wine and will also be benefiting a breast cancer awareness charity.

The Stiletto Cocktail
Serves 1

1.25 oz Hendrick’s Gin
5 Fresh blackberries
1 oz Monin sugar-free syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
As needed Diet Ginger Ale to top off
Muddle blackberries with Monin sugar free syrup. Add Hendrick’s Gin. Shake. Strain and pour into martini glass. Top with diet ginger ale. Garnish with 2 blackberries on a cocktail pick.
