The weather may be getting colder but Tommy Bahama is holding on to those last few rays of sunshine. For their November Drink of the Month, the restaurant will feature a tropical cocktail called the Kiwi-tini. With fresh kiwi, pineapple juice and their own brand of White Sand Rum, the Kiwi-tini is sure to keep those winter blues at bay for at least a few more weeks.
Kiwi-tini
2 parts Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum
1/2 Kiwi Pulp and Juice (1/2 the kiwi goes through the lime press, the pulp separates easily from the rind and goes into the drink. The other half is used making the kiwi wheel for the garnish)
1 part simple syrup
1 part pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients and serve in a chilled martini glass.
