This recipe created by The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel resort’s resident mixologist, Erin Snider. They were made to complement Chef Wan’s hand-crafted ceviche, which drew inspiration from the rich and flavorful regions of Mexico, Peru and Asia.

Yuzu Sour Cocktail

The Yuzu Sour features hints of orange, fresh cilantro and a hint of Yuzu juice.

Ingredients:

1 Egg White
10 Ice Cubes
Micro Cilantro (7 sprigs)
Sweet and Sour
¼ oz. Yuzu Juice
.5 oz. Grand Marnier
¾ oz. Pisco
¾ oz. Grey Goose Orange

Directions:

  1. Add 1 Egg White
  2. Add 10 Ice Cubes
  3. Add Micro Cilantro (7 sprigs)
  4. Splash Sweet and Sour
  5. Add ¼ oz. Yuzu Juice
  6. Add .5 oz. Grand Marnier
  7. Add ¾ oz. Pisco
  8. Add ¾ oz. Grey Goose Orange
