Peanut Butter and Jelly Cobbler
Peanut butter and jelly cobbler takes an old-school favorite, peanut butter and jelly, and adds it to a classic dessert recipe.
Ingredients:
4 Pears – diced with skin on
2 lb Black berries
1 C Sugar
Topping
1 Sticks butter
1 C Brown sugar
1 C Granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 C Peanut butter
2 C Flour
2 C Rolled oats
1 t Baking soda
1 t Vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Toss pears, berries and sugar and place in buttered ramekins.
- Combine all topping ingredients until well mixed, crumble on top of each ramekin.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with scoop of ice cream a la mode.
