Knife Pleat,  located at South Coast Plaza, has it’s exclusive Friday night menu tasting on October 23rd. They will present a menu created by Chef Tony Esnault. Enjoy all the flavors of seasonal produce as they prepare a six-course dinner with wine pairing.

The menu for October 23rd is as follows:

VICHYSSOISE
fingerling potato, chard leek, cream, chives
preserved black winter truffles

BEET
yellow and red beets, feta cheese
almond orange, chives, white balsamic

LEGUMES DE SAISON
individually prepared raw & cooked
farmer’s market vegetables

LOBSTER
butter poached maine lobster, chestnut
butternut squash, “jus de la presse”

GUINEA HEN
celery 3 ways:
purée, braised, remoulade
jus vinaigré

COFFEE
genoise, rhum & espresso espuma
cold brew ice cream

Seating is limited and the price per guest is $175 (does not include wine pairings, tax, and service charges). Wine pairings are $90 per guest.
