The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar, known for their shareable gourmet American cuisine and a vast selection of craft beers and specialty craft cocktails, debuted a new summer cocktail just in time for National Tequila Day (July 24) – A Damn Good Margarita, made by Bar Manager Ryan Autry. Made with 2-year-old Anejo Tequila, Licor 43, orange bitters, agave and lime, A Damn Good Margarita has a creamy, velvety mouthfeel that perfectly complements the aged tequila. Guests can pair the new cocktail with popular dishes such as the Braised Short Rib Tacos made with corn, smoked crema, cotija, tajin, and pickled shallots; and the Seared Scallops made with fresh herbs, birds eye chili sauce, and served with root vegetable fried rice.
