Established in 2018, ‘Ai Pono is on a mission to re-introduce what “Hawaii” street food really is to Orange County. The term Hawaiian food, Hawaiian BBQ has really lost its identity here in the mainland and they want to help educate the public on the difference between “Hawaiian” food and “Hawaii” street food.
