The American Culinary Federation Chefs de Cuisine of California is having their February meeting on Friday, February 23rd, at the Indigo Hotel in Los Angeles. A number of special guests — including ACF Chairman Thomas Macrina, ACF Western Regional Vice President Carlton Brooks, Culinary Team USA & more — will be attending the event.
