If you haven’t heard about it already, The Mekjian Family Culinary Arts & Hospitality Conservatory, CA&H will be presenting their first culinary competition, the ThrowDown in January.
What is ThrowDown?
A fun culinary competition where academic teachers and staff choose a current CA&H student to be their Sous Chef and compete to be the 2020 ThrowDown Champions.
Jan. 10th Elimination Round – 6 teams battle for top 2 positions
