Congratulations to Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray for being inducted into the Maitres Cuisiniers de France (Master Chefs of France) Association last week! MCF is among the most envied titles that chefs aspire to have, recognizing their ability to preserve French culinary traditions and ensure their skills are passed down to the next generation of chefs. There are only 550 MCF chefs in the world and less than 100 here in the United States.
Chef currently holds the position as Executive Chef for The Resort at Pelican Hill Newport Beach.
