Spearheading this drive will be their new “OC” based Director of Special Events Steve Pearson, former owner of Café 242 in Laguna Beach. Steve is delighted to represent Crumble Catering in Orange County. Steve brings a wealth of five-star experience with him, having been a concierge at the world-famous Beverly Hills Hotel.

For the 14th year in a row, Chef Wayne Elias and Crumble Catering just completed the amazing feat of preparing over 1,000 five-course meals, after-party buffet appetizers and desserts for The Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party. The event, in its 25th year, raised an impressive $7 million for the foundation on OSCAR Sunday and over $380 million worldwide to date.
