The Irvine Spectrum Center, one of the United States’ busiest shopping and entertainment centers, is currently undergoing a $200 million reinvestment project, bringing 30 new food and retail tenants to the center.
Aside from the additional tenants, visitors can expect more than 1,500 parking spaces, a state-of-the-art play structure celebrating the family-centric community, updated landscaping, illuminated benches and more. The first wave of new restaurants and stores, including Falasophy, are expected to open this summer, beginning August 18, 2018.
“With continuous reinvention, we are constantly raising the bar and setting trends that will define the retail industry. Come summer 2018, expect vibrancy: a new outdoor design will be revealed, further cementing our status as the ultimate meeting place.” – The Irvine Spectrum Center
Falasophy is a modern Lebanese street food kitchen, which started its journey in 2014 as a food truck (the #FalafelChariot). In January 2017, Falasophy opened its first brick-and mortar location in downtown Santa Ana’s popular food hall, 4th Street Market. Their menu primarily focuses on authentic Lebanese street food favorites, influenced by Southern California flavors.
