Help Support One of Your Own: the Pate Family’s Home Burned Down

1861

“Friends…and the community of Huntington Beach. Our friend, an employee and the beloved Rebecca Elisabeth Pate went through a terrible tragedy. Not only is she recently a single Mom of 4 boys, but last night she came back to her home as it was burning down. She and her boys have lost everything they owned. We are opening up SeaLegs Wine Bar for any donations people may want to drop off to help this Mother and family. She is in major of need of boys clothes (size 4T/5T, size 6 and size 12) and boys shoes (size 11, size 1 and size 4). She is in need of clothes for herself (size 26/27 pants, size 4 or small). She is also in need of gift cards to Target, Amazon, Walmart, Vons etc—or a cash donation though the site below. One thing I love so much about the community of Huntington Beach is how we all come together when one of our neighbors have fallen, please reach into your hearts to help this lovely woman and her beautiful family rebuild their lives. You can come to SeaLegs at any point when we are open to drop off and we will keep all items safe and delivered to Rebecca. Thank you so much in advance.” – via Alicia Whitney on Facebook
