Great Taste Magazine Jan|Feb 2017 issue is Hot Off the Press! Starting the year off right, we’re highlighting the ways the Orange County Restaurant Industry gives back and engages with the community. Discover the many ways your restaurant can get involved and kick off the new year by showing some love.

Inside is an OC guide to eating healthy. Featured on the cover is the Crimson Beet Tartare by Chef Craig Strong of Studio at the Montage Hotel in Laguna Beach. In addition to this recipe, several OC restaurants showcase how their vegetarian creations are changing up the menus.
