How Cafe Sevilla is Supporting Their Community
Cafe Sevilla Spanish Restaurant and Tapas Bar, with 3 locations in Southern California, has donated over 2,000 pounds of food… and still counting! They love their communities and are doing what they can to give back! Cafe Sevilla has donated all available food to local food pantries and homeless shelters. The following foundations have received 200-500 pounds of food each: Long Beach Ronald McDonald House, WomenShelter of Long Beach, Father Joe’s Villages San Diego, Someone Cares Soup Kitchen Costa Mesa, and Share Ourselves Orange County.
How They Are Supporting Their Employees
Cafe Sevilla is looking for creative ways to support their employees through this trying time and will be opening up an in-house furlough to support them. They have given all employees the opportunity to receive upfront & immediate payout on all sick time & PTO, which most have done. They will also continue paying all health insurance premiums so no coverage is interrupted during this time.
How They Are Keeping Their Guests Entertained During This Time
Cafe Sevilla has put out a very fun “Travel to Spain With Us” series that is posted on their social media and website daily, where they share different virtual tours of Spain from different content creators. You might not be able to travel there by plane, but you can take a virtual tour of Spain with Cafe Sevilla! You can find that here:
