Chef Amar Santana is thrilled to announce his participation as celebrity chef at the 3rd annual Napa in Newport Wine Auction on Saturday, March 4th at Ritz Carlton-Laguna Niguel. Chef Amar will be creating a custom menu for the occasion. Napa in Newport brings together more than 30 of Napa Valley’s finest wineries, epicurean cuisine and a vintner hosted dining experience at every table. Proceeds from the evening’s events benefit CureDuchenne, a local organization with global impact, aimed at saving the lives of children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
