Set to open in fall 2015 on Pacific Coast Highway just south of the Huntington Beach Pier, Pacific City continues to attract boldface tenants following on the announcement that Equinox, the first name in fitness, will open a massive, state-of-the-art ocean view club at the center.

The Bungalow.Hospitality visionary Brent Bolthouse will open his second location and first Orange County venture at Pacific City. Lemonade.This LA foodie favorite eatery has selected Pacific City for its first Huntington Beach location. Ola. An exciting new concept from the Huntington Beach-based team behind the popular Mahe restaurants in Seal Beach and Dana Point, Ola (Spanish for “wave” and Hawaiian for “life”) will make its debut at Pacific City. The Pacific City project encompasses a total of 11 acres of prime, oceanfront real estate in Huntington Beach, California, with 191,000 square feet of open-air retail, restaurants and entertainment that is set for completion in the fall of 2015.
