Pechanga Resort & Casino Expands Food & Beverage Operations Team

Pechanga Resort & Casino, California’s largest resort-casino and voted No. 1 casino in the country by USA Today, is expanding its food & beverage operations leadership by welcoming Jeffrey Goldstein as the new director of food and beverage. In this position, Jeffrey will be responsible for the operation of our current food and beverage outlets and contribute to the successful launch of the new restaurant and food and beverage projects. In addition, Jeffrey will work closely with the culinary team to enhance current menus and future food offerings.

Jeffrey Goldstein has decades of international and domestic resort operation and hospitality experience, fulfilling roles in New York City, the Bahamas, Las Vegas, Singapore, Turks & Caicos, St. Maarten, Portugal, St. Lucia, and the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. The current $285 million resort expansion set to open at the end of 2017 includes the addition of two new dining options. Jeffrey will be responsible for developing, launching and establishing these restaurants to integrate them into the fleet of Pechanga’s 11 existing AAA Four Diamond culinary options. Also included in Pechanga Resort & Casino’s expansion are 568 additional rooms and suites, 70,000 additional square feet of indoor/outdoor event space, a luxury, two-story spa and salon, a four-acre resort pool complex with eight new pools, and a 2,400-space parking garage opening next week on December 23.
