Congratulations to Patty Mitchell on her new term as President of the LA/OC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. Patty is replacing outgoing Immediate Past President, Anita Lau.

The Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is an organization of outstanding professional women in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. We wish to promote understanding, appreciation and knowledge of food, fine wine, hospitality, nutrition, food technology, the arts of the table and the land,” says Patty.
