Restaurants Lose Customer Satisfaction to Fast Food |The ACSI Restaurant Report 2017 reveals:

Full-service restaurants fall to the lowest score in a decade – and are overtaken by fast food restaurants for the first time.

·        Cracker Barrel leads full-service, while Chick-fil-A leads fast food

·        Red Lobster hits a four-year high, but Red Robin tumbles to the bottom of its category

·        Chipotle is still recovering customer satisfaction after food-poisoning scandal

·        After being beaten by Wendy’s for more than twenty years, Burger King grabs the crown among burger chains
