RITTER’S Anaheim was scheduled to open at Artic in Anaheim. We’re not sure why but we’ve heard that the Nguyens decided to open the Oyster Bar SKC that includes Steam Kettle Cooking instead of including Ritter’s.
Linh Nguyen, the co-founder of the Ritter’s concept with locations in Santa Ana and Huntington Beach, is bringing Steam Kettle Cooking (SKC) to ARTIC.
Specializing in an interactive dining experience, Ritter’s uniquely prepares entrées in front of patrons in jacketed steam kettles bubbling with amazing sauces. The mostly Cajun Creole style of dishes, including tantalizing seafood, chicken and sausage, integrate a regional flare and can be customized to the palate of each guest. Ritter’s has garnered the #4 spot on OC Food List’s “Top 30 Restaurants in Orange County 2014”.
