The Grateful Table dinner raised $76,000 for Restaurants Care
What a night! The Grateful Table is grateful for all those who came together to lift up restaurant workers. The Grateful Table dinner powers much of the Restaurants Care fund – allowing them to provide a safety net to so many.
Anyone can experience a bump in the road, an illness, or a tragedy. They’re paying it forward to restaurant families in need! Who knew helping others would be so fun!
Each dinner course was accompanied by a few words from a Restaurants Care grant recipient. Ten celebrated chefs curated a fall feast for our intimate dinner for 160. The menu featured torched citrus cured Hamachi, baseball steak with creamy chimichurri, jumbo lump crab mac n cheese, and a liquid a nitrogen ice cream station.
