The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bra has announced the addition of two new members to the team. Rina Bussell and Jaime Walls will join The Winery location in Newport Beach.
Rina joins as the new Wine Captain as she will be leading the wine program. Prior to joining our team, Rina’s experience includes Somm positions at Chef Thierry Rautureau’s Rover’s, as well as Canlis and Altura, in Seattle followed by a stint at the at Spago Beverly Hills.
Rina is known for her great warmth and gift for making wine fun and accessible. If you see Rina at The Winery the next time you’re in, be sure to say hello!
Jaime joins The Winery Newport Beach as Restaurant Manager. Her experience in hospitality management with a focus on special events make her a welcome addition to the restaurant. Jaime spent several years at the Prestigious Irvine Company overseeing special events, before serving as Special Event Manager at The Grill on Hollywood. Most recently, she served as General Manager of a nightclub in the rich historic district of Long Beach.
