Did you get a Paycheck Protection loan or an Economic Injury Disaster grant? Are you still confused about how to use the funds, or maximize loan forgiveness? You’re not alone. With the SBA updating guidance almost daily, chefs and owners around the country are still struggling to understand the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). In this session, we’re joined by James P. Joseph, a partner at Arnold & Porter, who will provide an update on PPP and EIDL programs. Owners will be able to ask any pressing questions about the two programs, including how best to document your loan use for future forgiveness, understanding the FTE calculations under PPP, and more.
