Jeff Littlefield, Executive Chef at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort will, on the morning of Saturday, September 12, 2009 be riding his bike along with hundreds of others down Pacific Coast Highway from Carmel to the Hearst Castle in the 5th Audi Best Buddies Challenge: Hearst Castle Century event. Jeff will be pedaling for hours (100 miles) in support of Best Buddies and more than 250 million people with intellectual disabilities. Best Buddies is a non-profit organization founded by Anthony Kennedy Shriver in 1989, dedicated to helping people with intellectual disabilities to form friendships and find jobs in their community.
